This project involved designing and building a three-storey office for a leading semiconductor company, delivered during the pandemic while the building was under Pre-TOP. Close coordination with the main contractor ensured smooth compliance and timely TOP readiness. The new workspace connects seamlessly to the existing facility via a link bridge and was planned with safety, functionality, and collaboration in mind to support both operational efficiency and team growth.
